A real street address, not a P.O. Box number. When a P.O. Box number doesn't project the image you need, our confidential mailbox service allows individuals or companies to receive mail in a secure location, while maintaining a real street address, not a P.O. Box. Your Mail will not be released to anyone who is not listed in your agreement, unless you phone ahead to inform us that someone other than you will be picking up your mail, and they produce proper identification.

Package acceptance form all carriers. Never miss a delivery. We'll hold your packages in a secure location for pickup at your convenience. You no longer have to wait at home for a delivery or risk having valuable shipments left on your doorstep.

24 Hour access. Our confidential mailbox will give you access to your mail and packages when it's convenient for you. we offer 24 hour access at no additional charge at our Lakeview location. and a $25 refundable deposit (for a key fob) at our Bucktown/Logan Square location.

Package notification. We will notify you when you receive a package that we sign for. We will call the number on file, e-mail or text you, whichever method you prefer.

Call-in Mailcheck. Save a trip. Call to find out if you have mail or to check if that important letter has arrived.

Mail holding and forwarding. On the road often? Count on our reliable service to hold or forward your mail. Just let us know when and where.
